PERFORMANCE PLAN

The Performance Plan is the PFC's in-house personal training plan, designed to monitor you closely and help you achieve your goals! 

You can train 2, 3 or 4 times per week, with a package to suit your budget and availability.   With clear goals set from the start, you will be monitored and coached as much as necessary to ensure that you're making progress, complying with the plan and enjoying the process.
