Meeting here at the PFC on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 6am until 7am, participants take part in a power hour of weightlifting, athletics, core work and plyometrics. All the components of a strong, sound physique!
The group is mixed and is attended by men and women. A standardised food plan is provided and nutritional support available throughout the month.
No time wasters please! If you can't get out of bed, be motivated and give each session your best then this isn't for you. But if you can, you are and you will then you're very welcome! Performance Group is limited to 12 spaces and is a monthly enrolment.
