JUNIOR LEARN TO WEIGHTLIFT
Junior Weightlifting is now available at Performance Fitness Centre.
7 - 11 year olds and 12 - 15 year olds can now follow a specially designed programme, covering all the FUNdamentals and basics of weightlifting, and ultimately progressing towards being able to perform the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements with good form and understanding.
7-11 year old sessions are at 3:45pm and 12-15 year old sessions are at 4:30pm. All sessions last 45 minutes.
Group sizes are limited to 6 children per group to ensure a quality learning environment for all.
